INEKE VAN DER LELY – Member of Complimentary Therapists Association; ITEC qualifications in: Anatomy and Physiology, Holistic Massage, Sports Therapy, Reflexology, Nutrition, Indian Head Massage (diplomas); Dr Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage; Academy of Emotional Therapeutic Counselling Advanced Diploma; Fully insured in all modalities.

For more than ten years, Ineke has been working as part of a team of clinicians at 199 Bath Road. Ineke has more than 20 years experience in various forms of holistic therapy, offering support to adult clients across a wide range of issues including but not limited to bereavement, illness, relationship issues, abuse, anger management, family issues, health support and breakdown. Talking therapy is one aspect but sometimes we need to call on other forms of treatment. There is growing scientific evidence showing that stress and emotional issues can trigger a response within the body that manifests as physical disease, discomfort or pain. So, for instance, a client may request counselling but mention they are also suffering with back pain. The cause of this may actually be psychological and/or emotional and if left unchecked may result in chronic conditions affecting the person’s quality of life. In addition to counselling accreditation, Ineke is qualified in a wide range of treatments including Holistic Massage, Reflexology, Nutrition and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, therefore able to offer a truly holistic approach to your wellbeing. This means nurturing the mind, body and spiritual aspects of each client, and working towards a goal of balanced health, both mentally and physically. Her aim in treatment is to enable clients to modify their responses to life’s unavoidable challenges and in doing so to respond to emotional and physical challenges in a more positive way. Your treatment will be both flexible (evolving as required) and completely bespoke. Please call me for an initial conversation about your needs on 07887735955 or email at [email protected]. All treatments last approximately 1 hour, but please allow 75 minutes for an initial consultation.
